WorkShare Consulting is looking for a wide range of skills and wants to find out more about you so we can match projects to your talents, your hours and put you in control of when, and where you work.
It's all about you
WorkShare is designed to grant you the opportunity to work on your terms across a range of research, consulting and skill-based tasks, allowing your skills to shine, without the need for a 9-5 office-based schedule.
You could be a full-time carer, a student, an experienced and recognised industry professional or a globetrotting digital nomad. We want your skills, and we want to help you work when it suits you best.
How it works
You will be treated as an independent contractor, partnering with WorkShare on your own terms.
WorkShare will partner you in conjunction with other members to create a team, with skills unique to the assigned project.
WorkShare will connect you with a dedicated manager to provide you with full logistical support.
At this point, you can confirm your availability, or pass on the project if the timing is not suitable for you.
If you are happy to proceed, your WorkShare manager will assign you tasks to be completed within the times and hours that you have specified.
You are responsible to deliver your work to the expected quality, WorkShare takes on the client, project and financial responsibility - freeing you to do what you do best!
